LALA, the stage name of Luca, is a Rome-based singer-songwriter born in 1994, known for blending R&B, soul, and electronic elements into a distinctive, contemporary sound. From the beginning, his work has stood out for its refined, intimate songwriting, pairing chill textures with deeply expressive lyrics. Key tracks include “ACROFOBICI,” “INCHIOSTRO,” and “MONOSILLABI,” the latter featured in Spotify’s Fresh Finds playlist. In 2023, his career reached a new milestone with performances on prominent stages such as Meeting del Mare, where he opened for Bresh, and Veraníco Fest at Biko Milano, opening for Allysha Joy. On June 30 of the same year, he released his debut EP CHIAROSCURO, created in collaboration with producer Mark Ceilling and acclaimed songwriters Francesco Sponta and Martina May. In 2024, LALA began key collaborations with producers such as Ainè and Gorbaciof, leading to his second EP, released in mid-2025. This new project marks a further step in his artistic growth, refining his style through smooth drum patterns, unexpected outros, and a continuously evolving sonic palette.
